The first episode of Miami Heat Beat was released the day following LeBron James’ buzzer-beating layup in Game One of the 2013 Eastern Conference Finals. Brian Goins and Giancarlo Navas began Miami Heat Beat at a kitchen table, recording from an iPad — the first of many steps for our company.

It comes with great excitement that we announce our next step in this journey by joining the Blue Wire Podcast Network, founded by Kevin Jones. We are pleased to begin our next venture, as we continue to bring our listeners the quality, analysis, and hi-jinx you have been accustomed to for over the past six years — only now with a massive new team at Blue Wire.

Same staff, same content, just a new home. You’ll be able to find all of our episodes on our new Art19 feed.

For a little background, Blue Wire is a podcasting startup putting together the best localized sports content creators all together on one team. They’re up to 45 podcasts covering the NBA and NFL, and are scaling out their podcasting operation in San Francisco, California.

Today is a huge part of our journey, and we thank everyone who has helped get us here and has stayed with us for this long.
